Champagne Henriot – Rosé

Champagne Henriot is a historic, family-founded Champagne house in Reims, France, renowned for its Chardonnay-focused blends, remarkable finesse, and elegance. Founded in 1808 by Apolline Henriot, the house remained independently family-owned for over two centuries. In late 2023, the estate was acquired by Terroirs et Vignerons de Champagne (TEVC), joining a larger cooperative but maintaining its prestigious independent winemaking approach and signature house style.

Rosé

A subtle blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, bringing forward crisp red fruit aromas. This Rosé Champagne is an elegant, fruit-driven wine renowned for its delicate salmon-pink colour, persistent mousse, and seamless balance of freshness and complexity.

It pairs well with delicate seafood, rich sushi, cured meats, and subtly spiced exotic dishes.

Tasting notes: Pale salmon-pink in colour. Dried cranberry, dried cherry with a peanut nuance and Summer herbs, sage and rosemary.

Trophy Winner in the Summer Days Category at the Glass of Bubbly Awards 2025.

Brut Souverain

The flagship non-vintage cuvée that balances Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier with around 20% reserve wines. It features a bright straw-gold colour, a lively mousse, and an exceptionally long, crisp finish.

Its vibrant acidity and creamy richness make it incredibly versatile, pairing beautifully with fine seafood, salty fried foods, and rich, creamy sauces.

Tasting notes: Aromas of toast with hazelnut and brioche. Flavours of orange, melon and blossom with layers of toasted hazelnut.

Silver Medal Winner in the Spring Fling Category at the Glass of Bubbly Awards 2025.
