11th July 2018
Located in East of Barcelona and just under one hours drive away, Vins El Cep is a Cava producing winery with a selection of labels to tantalise any sparkling wine lover. Their range includes the MIM, Clar Rar, Marques de Gelida and L’Alzinar with a collection of 12 label varieties. From Brut Nature to Blanc de Noirs, Vins El Cep wines all express the extensive knowledge the family has for both their vines and land and many wines are simply perfect for pairing with fine foods of the region.
“In 1980, we embarked on a project to produce wines and Cavas that endeavour to represent the identity of our terroirs.
Nowadays, these lands are cultivated in line with the principles of organic and bio-dynamic winegrowing, in which land, plants, animals and man work together to improve and preserve the ecosystem’s natural balance.” Quote from Vins El Cep website.
Vins El Cep Cava Claror Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2012 – “Soft yellow fruits and touch tangerine skin aromas. Flavours are dry and crisp offering a rich and elegant tasting experience of red berry, apple skins, lemon pulp and more.“
