Abajo, new Cava Bar launched in Liverpool

Roja Pinchos has opened Abajo, Liverpool’s first bar specialising in Cava.

Abajo takes inspiration from beautiful bars in Barcelona and is located underneath Roja Pinchos in Liverpool’s thriving Berry Street.

At Roja Pinchos you can order a selection of Spanish bites held together with sticks, called pinchos sticks. Abajo has a fantastic drinks list, aiming to bring you a selection of quality hand crafted Spanish wines you simply won’t find anywhere else.

On ‘Cava Sundays’ it’s buy-one-get-one-free all day on Sunday. They also offer wine tasting for Spanish wine and Cava.

The concept has been well received by people local to Liverpool, offering the greatest selection of Spanish bubbly in the city!
