Asolo Prosecco DOCG Superiore: Year of the Extra Brut

2015 is a vintage year for Prosecco Extra Brut. The production is estimated to be around 200.000 bottles.
Asolo is known as the ‘Pearl of Treviso’. Set at the western edge of the Colli Asolani ridge and the foot of the Venetian Alps. On the southern side of the town, plains slope gently down towards the Venetian Lagoon.
