The Cocktail that you’re about to make is one of Vasilis Vasiliou’s Signature Fizz Cocktails, which he makes at Noema in Greece.
Let’s Meet The Bartender!
“I’ve worked in this industry for the last 12 years. This summer I work in Noema. One of the best Restaurants-Bars in Mykonos. We represent Greece and mainly the Cycladic islands, through our Hospitality, the Greek Traditional food and the drinks as well.”
“I went into this line of work because of my passion for it. I love the creativity this job gives me. Creativity, hospitality, and fine drinking are one of my motivations. What also motivates me is to make my guests happy and give them a small break from their lives. I want my guests to have the best possible experience with fine tastes and aromas. “ – Vasilis Vasiliou
“In addition, my favorite Cocktail is a Black Beer paired with a shot of Malt Whiskey”
What was the inspiration behind The Athenian Spritz and when did you first make it?
“In Noema the sustainability method and the cooperation with the cuisine come first when we want to create. My inspiration for the recipe comes from some leftovers from the kitchen. I took some of them and I created the recipe below.”
