French translation for the spirit of love
This article is made in collaboration with, Aaron Burchell, an amazing Bartender in England.
The Cocktail that you are about to make is one of Aaron Burchell’s Signature Fizz Cocktails, which he makes at The Cocktail Club in England.
Let’s Meet The Bartender!
“I started bartending as soon as I hit the age of 18, for me I always wanted to have a pop at bartending as some of my older friends were doing it and it seemed pretty fun and a cool thing to do at the time, and well, I fell in love with it, I’m now one of the longest serving bartenders in my town. I’ve written a few cocktail menus for bars I’ve worked in also. I’ve won a national competition for Zubrowka Vodka, and placed in the top 3 in mainly local competitions in my town and within the company I work for. (The Cocktail Club – found across all of the UK.)”
What’s Your Favourite Cocktail?
“When I’m not working I mainly just like to chill, play PC games etc (bit of a nerd). My favourite cocktail would be a Rum Runner or a Mai Tai, I like the complexity of the ingredients used to make two of the most delicious beverages in my opinion.”
What was the inspiration behind your Espirit d’amour Cocktail?
“When it came to creating the Espirit d’amour, I wanted to create a nice balanced drink where you can taste every ingredient no matter how much was used, when it comes to sparkling wine drinks, for me personally I like it to be a bit floral and delicate but well balanced so its got that nice initial hit of flavour and some sweetness with a nice dry finish with a floral aroma when you take each sip. The name is about my love of creating cocktails and using spirits in a nice easy to drink sparkling cocktail instead of using the rum in punches & grogs etc.“
