What was the inspiration behind your French 99 Cocktail?

“I get it from other cocktail enthusiasts, it is where to find inspiration for new cocktails. Inspiration from cocktails comes from many sources, and I’m going to share my one favorite source of new cocktail and flavor experiments.

I first created this cocktail, and after that, we were thinking about a cocktail name. My head mixologist *Waruna* gave me the name. The French 99 is very similar to one of the most popular classic cocktails, French 75, but I was using Japanese sake and my handmade thyme syrup. The curation of delicious cocktail recipes & happy hour recipes to make at home! My bar cart is one of my favorite parts of our bar & I love having an arsenal of different, delicious cocktails to offer to any guests we host.
