Immanuel Moccia is a really charming and charismatic young man, who fits perfectly behind the bar, looking sharp and creating some of the best visually appealing and tasting Cocktails with wonderful names that Paris has to offer.

“About me let’s see, I’m Italian and I live in Paris. I became a professional bartender when I had to decide if to change my profession or stay in hospitality. I decided to become a professional and in 3 years, I became chief barman of one of the most iconic hotels in the world, the Plaza Athénée, after being the bar leader of the Marta in Paris, working with a 2 Michelin star chef and working at La Maison du Caviar too.”
“Today I’m still finding ways to perfect myself, learning every day something new, looking for new tastes and ideas. My dream, of course, is to become, one day, one of the most influential bartenders in the world, but for the moment I’m very happy and proud of what I did in such a short time!”

What was the inspiration behind Garden des Reves?
“The name is Garden des Reves (garden of dreams) I took inspiration from the garden we usually create during fashion week here at the hotel where I work and because Dom Pérignon is located in the region of Champagne where there are some of the most beautiful gardens of France.”

- Cartron Peach Liquor
- Peach Bitter Fee Brothers
- Lime Juice
- Jasmin And Black Tea Homemade Syrup
- Dom Pérignon
- Dehydrated Hibiscus Flower
How To Make The Garden des Reves Cocktail
- Start with 4,5 cl of The Botanist Gin
- Then add 0,5 cl Cartron Peach Liquor
- 4 Dash Of Peach Bitter Fee Brothers
- 2 cl Lime Juice
- 2,5 Jasmin And Black Tea Homemade Syrup
- 2 cl Dom Pérignon
- Froth Dom Pérignon Juice And Peach
- Garnish: Side Of Dehydrated Hibiscus Flower
