“My name is Mar, I’m from Argentina and I grew up between surfboards, the sea and restaurants!!
I learned to love the Hospitality Industry from a very young age because my family was always involved in it! Being a Bartender gives you the ease of becoming a nomad and being able to travel the world visiting bars and incredible experiences! I had very strong mentors who encouraged me to study in various countries such as Barcelona, the US and London! and I believe that we are in a constant evolution and we need to adapt to the idea of learning something new every day! My favorite cocktail depends on where I am, the weather and the environment that surrounds me… I am a girl of sensations!

- 30ml Hibiscus Cardamom Cordial
- Top Up with Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne
