Elegant, fresh and seductive.
Elegant robe with salmon-pink coloured glints. Fine and lively bubbles developing a nice creamy cordon. Very fruity and find nose with notes of peach, grape fruit, redcurrant, cacao and lime.
After mixing, this fruitiness evolves elegantly on menthol, pineappe, cherry and eaucalyptus notes. Soft and fresh palate where cherry and grapefruit are enhanced. Beautiful, fresh finish with a spicy fruitiness of cherry stone and vanilla.
30% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier.
