Golden robe with silvery glints and persistent fine bubbles developing a lovely cordon.
Intense nose with notes of plum jam and red berries. When mixing, the flavours evolve on strawberry, redcurrant then dried fruits, honey and grilled notes.Rich palate marked by red berries with a gourmand and round attack. Long and lemony finish.
70% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier.
