Bottomless Prosecco Brunch in Cardiff

New restaurant in Cardiff offers fine weekend dining with bottomless brunch – the only one in the capital.

Grey is located at the Hilton Hotel on Kingsway and they’re offering free-flowing Prosecco with brunch , which includes dishes like eggs Benedict, Florentine and Royale. Other savoury dishes include Welsh rarebit with grilled streaky bacon and poached free-range eggs, full Welsh brekkie with all the usual suspects plus a slice of cockle and laverbread cake and Cefn Mawr Farm beef burger in a toasted brioche with smoked chilli jam.

Desserts include warm apple crumble with locally made gingerbread ice cream and warm sticky toffee pudding with locally made sea salted caramel ice cream.

For £25, you can indulge in a two-course brunch with unlimited Prosecco.

The bottomless brunches are available on weekends – Saturday and Sunday from 11am – 3pm.
