Candover Brook Brut
7th May 2025

Created by Mark Sainsbury (CEO of Sainsbury’s in 1980) Candover Brook is named after the chalk stream that runs through their valley. Chalk streams are almost uniquely English, and their chalk soil is the key defining element of their vineyard’s topography.
