Cantina Rotaliana R Riserva Brut 2016 Trentodoc

Cantina Rotaliana is a winery located at the foot of the Dolomites near Lake Garda, in Trentino, Italy. Founded in 1931, it’s a cooperative with over 90 years of history, focused on quality, innovation, tradition, and environmental protection.

The winery is particularly known for Teroldego, an extraordinary grape variety that has found its ideal terroir in the alluvial soils of Mezzolombardo.

The winery emphasises the unique characteristics of the Piana Rotaliana, especially the Teroldego grape and is dedicated to preserving the environmental and natural features of the Teroldego habitat through sustainable grape-growing practices.

Trentino is also the land of TRENTODOC, a fine sparkling wine obtained using Metodo Classico, a natural process whereby the wine undergoes second fermentation in the bottle, maturing in contact with the lees for at least 15 months.

Visitors can experience the winery through guided tours of the cellar and vineyards, and wine tastings.
Visit the vineyard in different seasons, and discover their cellar. Touch the barrels where the wine rests in wood, supervised by our oenologists and winemakers. Discover where Trentodoc matures on the lees for 30, 60, or even 100 months: time shapes the Trentino Bubbles. Then, taste their wines and food pairings at the end of your visit and stock up on your favourite wines in their new wine shop.
