Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry
Pale straw-yellow in colour. Fresh, fruity, and floral bouquet of acacia flowers, green apple, pear, and peach. This approachable, light-bodied, and slightly sweet sparkling wine features fine bubbles with a creamy yet refreshing mouthfeel, a vibrant, classic Prosecco.
It pairs well with seafood, pasta with white sauces, cured meats, cheese and pizza.
Tasting notes: Delicate pear drop notes on the nose. Very fresh acidity showing salty sea spray notes – delicate and fresh with hints of white peach and cherry.

Prosecco DOC Rosé Brut 2024
A blend of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir. A delicate, elegant pink Prosecco full of red fruits, it offers a fresh, fruity flavour.
It pairs well with seafood, sushi and light vegetable dishes.
Tasting notes: Very pale baby pink in colour. Simple red berry fruit with spun sugar and a hint of candied orange peel on the nose. Candied strawberry on the palate.
