Founded by Otello Ceci, at the time a tavern keeper, he had been selling his Lambrusco wines since 1938, the winery is now run by Otello’s grandchildren:

They are always willing to innovation on the creation of their wines and even their bottles, with this bottle being square-shaped and others being taller and thinner, these bottle designs create an intrigue that is not let down by the aromas or flavours.
Cantine Ceci Spa – Otello Nero Di Lambrusco 1813 – Tasting Notes
Aromas – “A mixture of strawberry tart and darker red berries on the aroma.”
Flavours – “Tighter flavours, including dark red berries, a touch of strawberries and a hint of spice.”
This Lambrusco won a Silver Medal in the Light & Fruity Category at The Glass of Bubbly Awards 2019
