In 2008, Castello Bonomi became part of Casa Paladin, a family-owned group of wineries, located in Italy’s most prestigious denominations. The Paladin family continues with consistency what was started by the Bonomi family,
“Summer red berries, strawberries, light pastry notes, pink rose petals, and a touch of dry creaminess on the aroma. The palate is smooth and dry, with red berries, red berry tannins, strawberries and cranberries, along with hints of cherry, and notes of pastries.” – Glass of Bubbly
