Glass of Bubbly Interview

Where’s the most memorable place you’ve ever enjoyed a Glass of Bubbly?
There are 2 places, one place is in my garden (I live on the beach) with a bottle of Cristal in the Summer. The second place is on the terrace of The Chèvre D’or in Eze South of France, looking at the view which is simply stunning!

Which is your favourite Champagne or sparkling wine?
I think it has to be Laurent-Perrier Rosé, but I also like a nice bottle of Dom Pérignon.

What does Champagne mean to you?
A: Success
B: Romance
C: Celebration
D: Enjoying great company

A-D so in fact all of these! I always buy some when there is a success situation or a celebration or I have great friends to visit or in a romantic situation.
