Matt Holland is a former professional footballer having previously played for West Ham, Bournemouth, Ipswich and Charlton Athletic. He also played internationally for The Republic of Ireland. Since retiring from football he now works in the media.

Whilst wine tasting in the region of Beaune, in France.
Which do you prefer Champagne or Prosecco?
Champagne but my wife would probably say Prosecco!
What does Champagne mean to you?
Champagne represents celebration to me. I remember having Champagne to celebrate winning the play off final in the year 2000 with Ipswich Town Football Club.
