A launch in London for the Champagne Bruno Paillard Dosage Zéro welcomed a selection of internal press and wine writers to get a chance to taste its latest label edition. Some thirty years since was initially released, at a time a lot less popular for such a style of Champagne, Alice Paillard-Brabant, daughter of Bruno Paillard, welcomed all to the tasting of the new addition to their portfolio. As Bruno Paillard is quoted as saying ‘this new edition is from the learnings from his past errors when the label was first released‘.
The Dosage Zéro will see up to 2,000 cases available with stockist being Hedonism wines.
