Grapes: Chardonnay (100%)
Harvest: 2011
Eye: Moss, abundant service, is a broad ribbon of fine bubbles. LaRobe has shades of old gold with a clear wine.
Nose: Delicate and refined, the first nose leaves express the mature wine. Roasted notes of honey and blend subtly floral notes.
Mouth: open and structured Attack, beautiful material with a fleshy appearance reflects the richness of the vintage. The finish has a nice residual freshness.
Wine and food pairing: Aperitif, seafood flavours to dishes, raw or cooked (shellfish, mussels, clams, clams), seafood (whelks, shrimp, oysters), hot and cold shellfish (lobster, crayfish), salmon, meat A white (poultry, veal sweetbreads).
