Champagne Jeeper Unveils its Premier Cru

After years of maturation in the cellars, the Premier Cru Jeeper has been released to seduce epicureans and hedonists. Made from the best grapes of the appellation, its exceptional character was shaped by the subtle assemblages that compose it. This great wine with fruity flavours proudly reflects the signature of the house, le Jeeper Taste.

Since the purchase of the house in 2009 by Myriam and Nicolas Dubois, Champagne Jeeper has achieved a remarkable move upmarket. The boldness, the mobilization of the teams and the shared passion to bring out the best of the terroir has allowed the brand to be served in prestigious establishments around the world. The range, limited and consistent, until then composed of four cuvées (Grand Assemblage, Grand Rosé, Grande Réserve and an Extra Brut Naturelle) is now welcoming a new cuvée that will seduce connoisseurs.

Refined, this wine has a gold colour, revealing beautiful years of ageing. The sumptuous effervescence is delicately liberated, reflecting the selection of the Coeur de cuvée.

Its elegant nose offers notes of ripe fruits, fresh grapefruit and toasted bread; in the mouth, this cuvée develops aromas of white flesh fruits ending on light vanilla. With its silky texture, transcended by a precise and fine effervescence, then by a discreet acidity, this gourmet champagne offers a firework of flavours to the palate, from the aperitif to dessert while sublimating the perfect balance of dosage.

A mature Champagne, it will be best enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with recipes from Chefs like swordfish with lemon sauce, or with a walnut cake for instance.

The Premier Cru Jeeper joins the collection of rounded bottles unique to the Jeeper House, created by Nicolas Dubois.
