Winemaking
We source a wide range of different wines. “The bunches of grapes, only the first juice (the cuvée) and sizes are strictly separated; they do not enter the Lombard & Cie assembly”. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. After our wine composition and assembly, the wines have a fresh filter. They then age on lees in our cellars.
