Champagne Mangin et Fils
26th May 2026
A family-run grower-producer based in Le Chêne-La-Reine (Leuvrigny), specialising in Pinot Meunier-driven Champagnes in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. Started by Gabriel and Fernande in the early 20th century, the family originally operated a bistro and supplied grapes to larger houses like Krug before creating their own brand.
Today, the Champagne house is led by Cédric Mangin. The house focuses on high-quality Pinot Meunier, offering a range including Brut, Rosé, and Brut Nature, with the clay-limestone soils being perfect for Pinot Meunier.
Au Fil du Temps 2020
Made from 100% Meunier, this wine is aged for 3 years. Its aromas are rounder and riper due to
a very warm harvest.
Perfect to pair with grilled white fish or seafood.
Tasting notes: Complex aromas of fresh lemon, melon with toasty, buttery brioche. Full of flavours of ripe guava, apricot, apple with layers of honey, ginger and spice. Long, complex finish.
Trophy Winner in the Classic & Elegant Category at the Glass of Bubbly Awards 2025.
Expression Rosé
This cuvée is assembled with 17% of red wine that they produce at the harvest.
This cuvée will be ideal as an aperitif in the summer, or with desserts based on red fruits, such as a raspberry tart.
Tasting notes: Quite deep cherry in colour. Delicate patisserie notes on the nose with rose petals. Medium-sweet in flavour, dominated by cherries with pomegranate and a hint of honeycomb. This is a very fruity, easy-drinking style, fun wine.
Gold Medal Winner in the Summer Days Category at the Glass of Bubbly Awards 2025.
