Each year, the cellar master of Champagne Sanger deposits 500 bottles of a vintage Blanc de Blancs d’Avize. These are carefully preserved in the Caveau des Oubliés. This cellar, bequeathed by the Puisard family, is the guarded collection of Chardonnay d’Avize of Champagne SANGER. Champagne Sanger is a highly regarded Champagne House, founded in 1952, with excellent vintages hidden within their cellars, producing incredible Champagnes. They took home 4 Gold Medals and 1 Category Trophy at the Glass of Bubbly Awards 2024, blowing the judges away with the quality within the bottles.
