The health benefits of drinking Champagne or sparkling wine aren’t new, in fact a study 2 years ago by University of Reading suggested that drinking 1 to 3 glasses of Champagne a week could improve the memory for people over 40 and so help fight against diseases such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
It’s the compounds found in the traditional Champagne grapes Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier that could help boost memory and battle brain diseases.
It’s also good for your heart as well as the red grapes contain axidotidants which help lower blood pressure which can reduce your risk of heart attack and stroke.
