Congratulations to Champagne Vollereaux with their Cuvée Célébration Premier Cru Brut which received a Gold medal at The World’s Finest Glass of Bubbly awards 2017.
A panel of 36 top industry wine judges tasted all the entries for 2017 and were able to not only scores wines with medals, but also place them in to easy to understand categories such as Classic & Elegant: “This will likely be a stylish wine showing balance with a refined quality.”
The family vineyard of 40 hectares ensures a constant and regular supply of grapes, which contributes to the quality, and the maintenance of the quality of VOLLEREAUX champagnes.
The distribution of the vineyard plots over the main vintages of the Champagne region enables us, depending on their soil and exposure, to produce three grape varieties that are traditional in the Champagne area.
Chardonnay, producing white grapes, and Pinot Noir and Meunier, producing black grapes. As growers, we pay great attention to cultivating our vines, taking care to respect natural balances. It is essential to harvest raw material that is of the highest quality when elaborating a great Champagne.
