Court Garden Ditchling Reserve 2010 Vintage

10th April 2015

Court Garden have announced their new English Sparkling Wine, Ditchling Reserve

It is a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from the wonderful 2010 vintage. The wine spent nine months in French Oak Barrel before bottling, just enough time to give a rounder mouthfeel and a hint of vanilla.

With a straw hue and a delicate well-structured mousse, it has a good balance between acidity and dosage, rich flavoured mid palate, clean and round finish.

“It has plenty of depth, helped by a short stint in barrel, but still retains the characteristic Court Garden freshness. An exciting development, hopefully more to come!”
