Cranbellini – Perfect for the Festive Season

Ingredients:
75ml Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG
25ml Rio D’Oro cranberry juice
1 punnet fresh cranberries
1 tsp Stonemill mixed spice
1 tsp sugar syrup
1 tsp The Pantry icing sugar
Method:
Dip the rim of a chilled Champagne flute into the Rio D’Oro cranberry juice and then 1 tsp The Pantry icing sugar
Dip again in the Rio D’Oro cranberry juice, then into the Stonemill mixed spice and leave to stand
Mix 25ml Rio D’Oro cranberry juice with 1 tsp of sugar syrup
Fill the bottom quarter of the glass then top up with the Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG
Garnish with a cranberry cut half way
