From Tête de Cuvée selected juices obtain from the first press with low pressure extraction
Oak barrels vinification and ageing during 8 months on lees
Rich, complex, unctuous and mineral. The first nose is on grilled notes and then express itself on peer evolved notes. In mouth the same aromas are present accompanied by a good length, lightness and finesse. This Cuvée is sophisticated and very expressive.
