Chardonnay (mainly) – Chenin – Pinot Noir – Mauzac

Ageing: 24 months on laths – Dosage: 5 to 7 g/l

This Crémant exudes sun. The nose explodes on a basket of yellow peaches and flowers of almond tree. In mouth, the expression of Chardonnay is present. Buttered, good length, structured, dry, mineral. On the warming up, the wine evolves towards notes of fresh hazelnut. The mouth, marked by the Terroir Haute Vallée, is fresh, vinous and well structured.
