Cuvée Apréro NV

100% handpicked grapes pressed with an automatic tilted plate press and aged on the lees in the bottle for 18 months.

Tasting notes: Acacia, green apple, pear and lemon with hints of floral notes and white pepper.

Pairs well with vegetarian dishes, lean fish, and light hors d’oeuvres.

 

Cuvée Riesling 2018

This 100% RieslingCrémant offers exotic, crisp fruit flavours, vibrant acidity, and a refreshing mineral finish.

Tasting notes: Zesty with fresh lime and refreshing mineral notes.

Pairs well with grilled seabass, butter-poached scallops and roasted chicken in a creamy mushroom or herb sauce.

 

Cuvée Mélusiner 2008

Named after the mythical Luxembourg siren Melusina, this Crémant pays homage to the legend by spending over seven years ageing on the lees in the bottle before release. This 2008 vintage is beautifully complex.

Tasting notes: An elegant, complex, rich and creamy wine of baked brioche, orange and dried pear with hints of butter, yellow apple, caramel and roasted almonds.

Pairs well with rich, savoury and luxurious dishes like Foie Gras, creamy cheeses like Brillat-Savarin, Camembert, or anything infused with black truffle and caviar.
