The annual Glass of Bubbly Champagne, Sparkling Wine and Fizz tasting introduces for the first time two new dedicated zones within its annual event:

Fizz Cocktail Zone & Food Pairing Zone

Already established as London’s biggest dedicated trade and press fizz tasting, the concept is now expanding to cover the ever growing in popularity trend for Champagne / sparkling wine cocktails and the diversity of foods that are now paired with sparkling wines. Within the annual show there will be two dedicated zones for the likes of whiskey, gin, ratafia, rum and more brands to showcase their spirits within sparkling wine cocktails – There will also be a section set out for fine foods that pair well with sparkling wines such as cheese, cured ham, chocolate, caviar and much more. Look out for dedicated masterclasses during the day also on food and fizz.
