Franciacorta Brings Italian Excellence to the 76th Emmy® Awards

Franciacorta confirms its status as the official sparkling wine of the Emmy Awards for the fourth consecutive year, introducing new collaborations that celebrate Italian culture and excellence.
Franciacorta, a symbol of Italian enological excellence, renews its partnership with the Emmy Awards for the fourth consecutive year, bringing an unmistakable touch of Italian flair to one of the most prestigious events in the global television and film industry.
The 76th Emmy Awards will take place on Sunday, September 15, at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles and will air live on ABC at 8pm EDT and numerous international broadcasting channels (in Italy it will be broadcasted by Sky Italia on Monday September 16 at 2am CET), followed by the Governors Gala, the glamorous after-party celebrating the Emmy winners, with an exclusive lineup of global television celebrities and personalities.
This year, Franciacorta will not only be present with the customary Franciacorta Bar, offering Governors Gala guests the opportunity to taste different Franciacorta styles and selections from various wineries, but will also introduce two important novelties that highlight the connection between Italian art, culture, and gastronomy.
The first new addition is the extraordinary presence of Miriam Leone, the renowned Italian actress and ambassador of ‘Made in Italy’, who will be Franciacorta’s special guest at the Emmy Awards and at key events leading up to the Awards night. Her participation underscores the importance of showcasing Italian excellence abroad, not only in the enological field but also in the television and film industries.
Adding to this celebration of Italian culture, for the first time in the history of the Emmy Awards, an Italian chef will cook at the gala dinner. Augusto Pasini, a renowned chef from Franciacorta, will delight guests with a dish specially created for the occasion. His culinary creation will pay homage to the gastronomic excellence of Franciacorta, with a menu that tells the story of the region’s art and passion through flavors.

Franciacorta will kick off the Emmy Awards celebrations with an exclusive private dinner on September 12th and conclude with a master class on September 16th dedicated to sommeliers from Michelin-starred restaurants across California. Both events will take place at Angelini Osteria in Beverly Hills, offering guests an immersive experience into the richness of Franciacorta’s heritage.
The Franciacorta Bar will also be present at the main events leading up to the Emmy Awards, including the Creative Arts Emmy Awards (September 7 and 8), which honor supporting actor performances and those working behind the scenes—set designers, costume designers, picture and sound editors, animators, special effects artists, and more—and the Performer Nominees Celebration (September 13), an event for all the nominated actors, Emmy presenters and supporting casts of nominated shows.
The Emmy Awards are the most prestigious event of the year for American television, celebrating the most outstanding achievements and talented performers from the entire industry. Television’s growing success in recent years as a major entertainment and family enjoyment choice has attracted international film and theatre actors and created an increasingly loyal worldwide audience.
This partnership with the Emmy Awards adds to Franciacorta’s portfolio of prestigious collaborations, including the Michelin Guide in both the US and Italy, the Italian Fashion Chamber (with Franciacorta being the official toast of Milan Fashion Week), and the 1000 Miglia race.
