- Each exhibitor will be provided as standard with their own set sized table, table cloth, large bucket, ice and their place within the online tasting booklet (subject to you providing the necessary information via email).
- Upon request and free, Glass of Bubbly can provide ice buckets.
- All payments for exhibition stands need to be received in advance and please note that we can not offer refunds on payments.
- You are welcome to invite your own guests to attend though these will need to be added to the main Glass of Bubbly guest list for both security and health & safety requests from the venue we hire.
- We request that all wines shown are sparkling though we do understand that sometimes blends are shown. If you wish to showcase any still wines, we ask that you leave these off the main table you hire and placed in the large floor ice bucket provided.
- All marketing material during the day to include pull up / pop up banners you are welcome to bring in order to further highlight your company brand.
- A time slot is given in order for you to send sample wines / marketing material to Glass of Bubbly offices. We request that all parcels sent are via DDP (duties paid) otherwise parcels will be refused and returned. Glass of Bubbly will transport all wines and materials to the venue for the day of the show and your wines will be placed by your stand.
- No name badges / tasting booklets will be available due to our drive for sustainability. Pens / pencils / recycled paper will be made available.
