Gordon Ramsay offers English Sparkling Wine in Bourdeaux Restaurant

Gordon Ramsay’s new restaurant, Le Pressoir d’Argent in Bordeaux’s 5 Star Grand Hôtel offers a selection of English sparkling wines, including Camel Valley, Gusbourne Estate, Ridgeview and Coates & Seely.

Executive Chef Gilad Peled has a wealth of fine dining experience. In 2007, he worked alongside Gordon Ramsay and three Michelin-starred chef Clare Smyth at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay Royal Hospital Road.

Le Pressoir d’Argent, is situated on the first floor of the Grand Hôtel de Bordeaux & Spa. Its name derives from the extremely rare presence of a solid silver lobster press in the dining room – one of only five in the world. It was made by the house of Christofle.

The wine list has been developed by the team in Bordeaux, led by Sommelier and buying director Frederic Rouglan, with input from Gordon Ramsay and his wine buying team in London and features over 500 wines to complement the food.
