Delight in this Honey Cocktail, sweet and charming, with a warmth that wraps itself around your palate, the Sparkling Wine is from New Zealand and the Spiced Rum is from England.
Let’s Create This Cocktail!
The Sparkling Wine – No.1 Family Estate
No.1 Family Estate was created in 1977 by Adele & Daniel, they chose the name No.1 Family Estate in recognition of the many ‘firsts’ in New Zealand wine they had achieved over the years while working on their first venture, Cellier Le Brun.
They released their very first Cuvée No.1 on Bastille Day in 1999 and in 2012 their No.1 Assemblé was the first wine in New Zealand to be labelled ‘Méthode Marlborough’ in place of Méthode Traditionelle.

The Rum – Honeybell
The incredible bumble bee is to thank for the creation of Honeybell, along with its own creation of English blossom honey.
From the bumble bee’s creation of honey to the bittersweetness of an orange – Honeybell has combined these two together in their Spiced Rum, along with a selection of handpicked botanicals that are then infused to add even more character and complexity to the flavour profile, with the aim to change the narrative of what a spiced rum can be. Pirates beware, there’s a new bee on the block.
Honeybell Spiced Rum – Tasting Notes – “Smooth buttery shortbread, with sweet vanilla and an interesting tangy orange/zesty orange touch, with hints of honey and tropical fruits.”
