Pot roast beef is, without a doubt, one of the most delicious beef dishes that you can make and it is a great combination with any sparkling wine. Next time you make Corrie cooks, you need to make sure that you pair it with a bottle of bubbly. Remember though, you should choose a light sparkling wine, as pot roast can be very rich. Macaroni and cheese is not particularly gourmet, though when paired with a sparkling bottle of wine, it becomes incredibly high-class and delicious. Macaroni and cheese are very easy and straightforward to make; if you are going to make it, then you should definitely use a higher-quality cheese, especially if you are pairing it with sparkling wine. You could use Swiss Gruyere cheese for your macaroni if you want to make it especially delicious. Macaroni and cheese are best paired with crusty bread. No longer does macaroni and cheese have to be relegated to the world of school dinners.

Lobster

Lobster is a very expensive, but delicious, ingredient to cook with. Lobster is much better when paired with drier sparkling wines. You can cook lobster with a variety of different vegetables and dishes, so you should not be lost for pairings in that sense.
