“My name is Eva and I have a deep-rooted connection with Weingut Steininger, having grown up within the vineyard’s rich tradition of winemaking. Since 2021, I’ve had the privilege of taking on the role of owner, carrying forward the legacy of crafting exceptional wines and sparkling wines.”

What’s One Of The Most Amazing Locations That Serves Your Wines?

“Our wines are cherished in amazing locations all over the world, each serving as a testament to the craftsmanship and quality that defines Weingut Steininger.”

Can You Tell Us Which Country You Export The Most To And Which Country Would You Most Like To Introduce Weingut Steininger To?

“In terms of exports, we find a significant presence in both America and Scandinavia, where our wines are celebrated by discerning palates. As for the country, I’d love to introduce Weingut Steininger to, I have my sights set on France, especially the Champagne region with its appreciation for fine craftsmanship and a long viticultural history where the traditional bottle fermentation has its origin.”

When It Comes To Pairing Sparkling Wine With Food, Do You Have Any Favourite Combinations That You Would Personally Recommend?

“When it comes to pairing sparkling wine with food, I have a few favorite combinations that I personally recommend. One of my top picks is pairing our crisp Chardonnay sparkling wine with fresh seafood, such as oysters or sushi, for a delightful contrast of flavors and textures.”
