Champagne de Castelnau has teamed up with one of their oldest and most loyal customers West End bar and bistro Bedford & Strand to create the perfect pairing for Valentine’s Day this year.

To celebrate the unrivalled success of Champagne de Castelnau’s Blanc de Blancs 2002 which was awarded the Trophy for best Vintage Blanc de Blancs in the world at the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships 2014 the chefs at Bedford & Strand have created a bespoke dish to pair with the wine and are delighted to share their recipe for the first time with the public.

Available to collect from Spirited Wine stores around the country the Grilled Lemon Sole, Beurre Blanc and Courgettes recipe card has been designed to create inspiration for those who are looking to treat the one they love with a bottle of world-class Champagne and a great meal in the comfort of their own home this Valentine’s Day.
