An elegant blend of the finest parcels of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this delicate sparkling presents aromas of raspberry, strawberry and buttery pastry, with soft flavours of red fruits and cream. Aged for a minimum of 5 years. – Knightor Winery

Winemaker’s Notes: “An elegant blend of the finest parcels of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The grapes were whole bunch pressed and cool fermented to retain their natural aromas and freshness. Following this, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation to both soften the acidity and add complexity, after which it was bottled where it underwent secondary fermentation. The wine was aged for over 5 years and then disgorged and aged for a further 6 months on cork, before being released.”
