Knightor English Sparkling Wine Releases First Vintage

A Cornwall-based winery Knightor is releasing its first vintage sparkling wine, made from the 2011 harvest.
2011 is a particularly special year as it was Knightor’s first year of operation. Only 1,850 bottles have been produced at £32 each.
It has matured over the past few years into an outstanding vintage, made using the traditional method from a blend of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay grapes.

Knightor produce premium wines from their vineyards in Portscatho and Seaton on the south Cornish coast. Their award-winning sparkling wines speak for themselves with an elegant and light taste.
They often hold ‘Feast Nights’ where you can come to the kitchen at their winery and enjoy some delicious home-cooked food and great wine. £30 per person includes 5 courses and a specially designed welcome drink.
