Located in Cornwall, England, Knightor Winery produced an exceptional range of English sparkling wines, showcasing to the world how the English can compete on the world stage.

Winemaker’s Notes: Made from the best parcels of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from 2014. The whole bunch is pressed and cool fermented in stainless steel. The base blend was bottled, and it underwent secondary fermentation in the bottle in April 2015. This Classic blend was then aged on the yeast lees for over 8 and a half years before being disgorged. Dosage kept low to showcase the fantastic natural balance of fruit and rich breadiness.
