We’re half way through summer, but have we all really enjoyed it this year, whether you’ve been partying through it or taking it slow, it’s either time to start or continue your 2020 summer.

A Cocktail is a perfect way of putting you in that summer vibe, a glass filled with fruits, fruit juice and Sparkling Wine is a perfect combination.

La Fiesta launched two new bottles of their Sparkling Wine, including Strawberry Fizz and Raspberry & Elderflower Fizz, which are both available at Morrisons stores nationwide and are both suitable for both Vegetarians and Vegans.

They only contain 5% alcohol content, so you can enjoy more of them under the glistening sun.

These La Fiesta’s bottles of Sparkling Wine are far from what Sparkling Wine is, they are better suited in a Cocktail accompanied by some other ingredients, as they taste watery on there own.

So grab yourself a bottle, some summer fruits and some fruit juice and join me in making a couple of Sparkling Fiesta Cocktails.

Strawberry Fizz Cocktail

Ingredients

  • La Fiesta Strawberry Fizz
  • Strawberries
  • Summer Berry Fruit Juice

How To Make The Strawberry Fizz Cocktail

  1. Pour in 75mls of Summer Berry Fruit Juice
  2. Pour in 100mls of Strawberry Fizz
  3. Place a Strawberry on the glass

Flavours –“Easy drinking strawberries with an encore of red berry fruits”

Raspberry & Elderflower Fizz Cocktail

Ingredients

  • La Fiesta Raspberry & Elderflower Fizz
  • Raspberries
  • Summer Berry Fruit Juice

How To Make The Raspberry & Elderflower Fizz Cocktail

  1. Pour in 75mls of Summer Berry Fruit Juice
  2. Pour in 100mls of Raspberry & Elderflower Fizz
  3. Place a Raspberry on the glass

Tasting Notes

Aroma – “Ripe raspberry”

Flavours –“Light raspberries and a hint of elderflower”

Both these Cocktails are just easy to drink, they are fruity and both low in alcohol, so you can go back for a few more glasses.
