The Kashmir collection draws inspiration from the mesmerising paisley patterns of India. The designs, known as cashmere motifs, trace their origins back approximately 2,000 years and are thought to symbolise the essence of life and fertility. The teardrop patterns come to life with vibrant colours and a touch of regal opulence accentuated by gold foiling, paying homage to the historical exchange of cashmere among members of the Persian monarchy during the 16th century.

Louis Pommery England, produced in the distinctive terroir of southern England where chalk is the dominant element of the soil, is made using the thoroughly classic and traditional method, building on the internationally renowned grape varieties that are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier.

POMMERY BRUT ROSÉ CHAMPAGNE

This fine and fruity Champagne is distinguished by its fleshy note while remaining lively, fresh and highly subtle. A blend of rosé and Pinot Noir of Bouzy Grand Cru. Its colour comes from Pinot Noir grapes. The Champagne is stored in a cellar for three years to develop the distinctive properties of Pommery Rosé.

POMMERY BRUT ROYAL CHAMPAGNE

Lively and cheerful, this wine is fresh, light-hearted, delicate and generous in taste. Very aromatic, with notes of yellow, fleshy apple, ripe citrus and a touch of brioche, vanilla and almond.

With a focus on elegance and length the wine offers a clean palate at the end without any dryness. Everything is in harmony and never tires the palate.

The wine is pale yellow with slight green reflections.

LOUIS POMMERY ENGLAND – ENGLISH SPARKLING WINE

At first glance, the colour is a pretty scintillating pale yellow, in which the bubbles express themselves perfectly as they continuously rise, giving the impression that life exists in this wine. To the nose, the key word that comes to mind immediately is freshness but also finesse from the emerging aromas of lime. This finesse is beautifully coated in the second nose with aromas of blackcurrant and white fruit topped with a hint of honey. These characters, perceived to the nose, follow through and are heightened on the palate, offering a beautiful balance and rich harmony. Its finish is long and sapid without harshness, with a well-controlled dosage conceding no sweet sensation.
