Champagne Deutz, the Champagne House founded in 1838 by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann and Delas Frères, one of the great Rhône Valley wine producers since 1835, both of which became part of the Roederer Collection group in 1993, welcome their new CEO, Marc Hoellinger. Marc joins the management team from today and will officially assume his functions on 1 January 2023 when he will succeed Fabrice Rosset, who has been with the Group for 49 years, with 26 years at the helm of the two wine companies.

Marc Hoellinger has spent his entire professional career, which began at the end of the 1990s, in the wine and spirits industry, where he has held various senior management positions, including, within the LVMH group, that of CEO of The Glenmorangie Company from 2013 and then, from 2018 until very recently, that of Chief Commercial Officer at Moët & Chandon.

As the head of Champagne Deutz, Fabrice Rosset has skilfully perpetuated the spirit of the founders while transforming this historic Champagne House, on which he will leave his mark. Delas Frères also owes a great deal to Fabrice, who is an influential figure in the wine world. With his deep commitment, his consummate professionalism and his irrefutable talent, Fabrice was able to turn these two wine companies, which he headed for a quarter of a century, into undisputed references around the world.

We are very pleased to welcome Marc Hoellinger as the new CEO of these two jewels in the Roederer Collection group crown. His long and varied experience working for well-known wine and spirit companies and his dedication to this industry, in which he has become something of an expert, make him the ideal person to take Champagne Deutz and Delas Frères to new heights, continuing along the path of ambitious yet sustainable development,” said Frédéric Rouzaud, CEO of the Roederer Collection group.

Champagne Deutz shares strong values and a commitment to sustainable viticulture with all the wine estates that are part of the Roederer Collection Group. It practices and provides training on sustainable viticulture over more than 300 hectares of vineyards, 46 of which are Deutz-owned. From the finest Champagne crus, and in the greatest Champagne tradition, Deutz crafts Champagnes that are internationally acclaimed for their elegance, distinction and finesse.

From the famous Deutz Brut Classic to the iconic Amour de Deutz created by Fabrice Rosset, the style of this 185-year-old Champagne House is translated into wines with distinct personalities and which are always the result of passion, high standards and excellence.
