On January 10th, 2020, a bottle of Martinčič was chosen by the 24th Wine Queen of Slovenia – Ana Pavlin, she comes from Dolenjska and was crowned in Radenci. Martinčič was ‘happy and proud that the new wine queen has chosen a wine from our cellar-Modra frankinjo’.

Aroma – “Rich golden honey spread across a range of golden fruits, dried apricot in light syrup, and notes of elderflower and blossom.”

Flavour – “Warming sensation of divine, rich golden fruits, ripe for the picking, with golden, aged and toasted honey, notes of yeast, lightly toasted bread with honey spread on top and a touch of pastry on the palate.”

Ingredients

• Banana
• Mini Marshmallows
• Gin – Marshmallow & Vanilla
• Sparkling Wine
• Rosemary

How To Make The Marshmallow Banana Cocktail

• Blend Together 1 Banana, a Small Handful of Marshmallows and 20mls of Gin
• Pour 100mls of Sparkling Wine into your Glass
• Top up with your Blended Mixture
• Sprinkle on Some Mini Marshmallows and Add a Twig of Rosemary

Marshmallow Banana Cocktail Tasting Notes

Aroma – “Natural banana, with hints of Madagascan vanilla, sweet marshmallow and rosemary on the aroma.”

Flavour – “Initially very pure, real banana hits the lips, just like a healthy smoothie, then a sweetness comes through, subtle and kind with marshmallows, vanilla, juniper and a hint of rosemary.”
