Napoléon Vintage 2006 Brut
27th October 2014
A deep gold with green tints tending towards golden bronze, representing a wine rich in Chardonnay of excellent maturity.
Fine and persistent sparkle, a generous and complex bouquet dominated by butter and roasted notes. More than ten years in the cellars have enabled the wine to gain in complexity, offering aromatic strength and a palate that tends towards opulence whilst remaining elegant. The mouth-feel is tangy and silky, with a long zesty finish.
This is a Champagne to be served during and after a meal. Connoisseurs will enjoy it with an asparagus starter or grilled fish. For dessert, it can be served with tiramisu.
