New York Champagne Week
15th September 2016
New York Champagne Week runs 7th-13th November, in its 4th year it will be bigger and better with more bubbly than ever. For the trade and media, there will be the Opening Celebration, the annual Champagne Cocktail Competition, pairing experiences like ‘Champagne & Caviar’ and seminar concepts like ‘Back that Glass Up’ (a comparative glassware tasting). The general public will have more available offerings than ever, with tasting classes like ‘Let’s Get Fizz-ical’ ‘Fromage and Fizz’, a Champagne Pairing dinner and the Champagne Passport Program where enthusiasts will have the opportunity to hit five different restaurants throughout the week, each serving up a different Champagne by the glass and small plate pairing.
Blaine Ashley, the founder of New York Champagne Week said “In addition, this year, we unveil Champagne Bulle de Rêve, a limited-edition, exclusive cuvée that I teamed up with third-generation family brand — Champagne Lombard to launch in celebration of our fourth-year. This limited-quantity offering is a 100% Blanc de Noirs, 2011 Premier Cru and will be available exclusively at partner retailers and participating bars and restaurants. “
New York Champagne Week won’t be over when the actual week concludes. In February 2017, there will also be pop-ups in Paris and London!
