Cuvée Adele is blended from hand-picked grapes which are whole bunch pressed, blended from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, and crafted especially by Daniel as a proud tribute to his wife Adele.

Tasting Notes:

Thirty months ageing on yeast lees has produced a methode traditionelle that has a tightly focused bouquet showing light biscuit notes, toasted nuts and a firm mousse – this wine has a complex palate, revealing great length, finishing with rich and dry notes. Made with Swarovski® Elements.
